My experience at the hotel was a mixed bag. The thermal pool was fantastic and truly relaxing, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. However, the service could be hit or miss, with some staff being unfriendly, and the dining options left much to be desired. Overall, it had its charms, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
